Order Processing Times

The times I need to prepare your order to send may vary.  In stock items are processed and shipped next working day wherever possible. 

Estimated shipping times

I ship items via Royal Mail, and their shipping times are listed as follows –

United Kingdom: 1-2 business days

North America: 5-7 business days

Europe: 3-5 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-10 business days

Asia Pacific: 7-10 business days

Latin America and the Caribbean: 7-10 business days

North Africa and the Middle East: 7-10 business days

Sub-Saharan Africa: 7-10 business days

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can’t guarantee them, as once items are delivered to the Postal Service things are out of my control. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method. I will wherever possible update you with what information I know.

Postal classes

How will I send your order?

UK – Items up to 2 kg in weight postage is based on Royal Mail current variable prices for First Class postage; Between 2 kg and 5 kg in weight is based on Royal Mail Signed For.

EU – Items up to 1 kg in weight are sent as Royal Mail International Standard; Items between 1 kg and 2 kg in weight are sent as Royal Mail International Tracked.

USA – (Variable) up to 2 kg in weight are sent as Royal Mail International tracked parcels.

Rest of the World – Up to 749 g sent as Royal Mail International Standard; over 750 g but below 2 kg sent as International Tracked.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Your payment information is kept secure by the established payment providers I use. I never receive your card details.

Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within:  6 hours of purchase

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items such as earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
